Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.
2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.
3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.
4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.
5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Breathless Nomad Booking Conditions
-By partaking in our Quad biking and Bumper Ball tours, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and all clients will be required to sign an indemnity form before departure of the tour.
Insurance
Breathless Nomad does not provide personal travel or health insurance cover for clients. Breathless Nomad cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or damage to the client’s luggage, hand luggage or personal effects. Breathless Nomad or its employees and agents can not and will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss or delay from any cause whatsoever sustained or suffered by any person during matters related to accommodating, transporting, sightseeing, and activities of any means whilst on our tour. Clients are advised to have their own travel and health insurance/cover in place to cover them and their belongings for the duration of their stay/tour and all associated arrangements and costs. Enquire from your insurer what exactly you are insured for in terms of adventure, high-risk activities and travel in Southern Africa. It is up to the client to ensure that they have adequate cover in place ahead of any activity/tour.
Personal Injury
We do not accept any responsibility if you or anyone in your party suffer death, illness or injury while on any of our tours or activities or during the duration of any package or tour booked with Breathless Nomad and associated suppliers. You join our activities/tours at your own risk. We in no way accept any responsibility for any medical or other costs incurred as a result of death, illness or injury or otherwise sustained while on any of our activities/tours / or during the duration of any package or tour booked with Breathless Nomad and associated suppliers. Clients should ensure that they are adequately insured and enquire from your insurer to check what exactly you are insured for in terms of adventure or high-risk Activities / Tours.
Damage to Quad Bikes
You, the client, are also responsible for the quad bike you ride on. Should you damage the quad bike in any way, shape or form (damage that was not there prior to the departure of your tour) you will be held responsible for those damages. You, the client will then pay for those damages (as determined by the tour guide on duty) before you leave the activity site. Breathless Nomad will then provide invoices of replacement parts and labour costs to repair the quad bike. Any money due to the clients will be paid back to them within 5 working days.
- The owners/investors/stakeholders and management of Breathless Nomad cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of any property of the clients.
- 100% Upfront deposit secures your booking.
- Should you cancel your tour that was booked far in advance, please do so 48hours before the confirmed activity date, or a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Please monitor weather forecasts. Should you, the client, feel the weather is not suitable for the activity on the day of your booking, please cancel or reschedule the tour 24 hours prior to the time of the activity date. - Should Breathless Nomad deem the weather to be too severe and cancel an activity and you cannot reschedule you will receive a 100% refund.
- Clients may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You will forfeit your tour and you will not be refunded.
- We do not like rushing our tours, so please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before your Quad bike tour departure time. Late arrivals may result in your tour being forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled. If you are running late, please inform us well in advance and we will look at ways to accommodate you. Call us to inform us of any delays or alternatively WhatsApp us with all your information.
- Children younger than 16 years old will not be allowed to ride on their own.
- If a vehicle transfer is booked via Breathless Nomad and adverse weather conditions result in the cancellation of your Quad biking Tour there will be no refunds on vehicle transfers.
- All AMEX and Visa/MasterCard transactions have a handling fee added to them (absorbed by you, the client).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Services provided by Breathless Nomad are subject to availability. Should it not be available, Breathless Nomad will reschedule the service or consider a refund.
Customer privacy policy
Breathless Nomad shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Breathless Nomad bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired by Breathless Nomad via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who is our approved payment gateway. Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) encryption is used and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygenius.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Safety Rules
These rules prevent you from losing control of your quad bike, and hurting yourself, and damaging your quad bikes. Please listen to our guide to ensure the best and safest experience possible.
1. Follow the tracks of the guide. These dynamic dunes change every single day but if you follow the guide then he will not go through areas that will cause you to fall and injure yourself.
2. Keep a 5m following distance between you and the person in front of you at all times and watch what the person in front of you is doing. If they slow down, please slow down also. If even one client stops, we all stop so that the guide can assess the reason for the stop.
3. No reckless behaviour! We are responsible for keeping you safe and reckless behaviour can lead to crashes or the bike landing on top of you (injuring yourself and damaging our quad bike).
