Activity Description

Plett has one of the most scenic coastlines our country has to offer, so why not view it from the ocean. As we depart from the beach, you will have the opportunity to admire the beautiful surroundings while being guided by our very own marine biologist. We will head off towards Robberg mountain to view our famous cape fur colony of over 6000 seals and you will be blown away by the sheer numbers of seals the mountain holds and how playful they can be. It wouldn’t be unusual for the seals to swim up to the boat, so keep your camera ready. There may even be an opportunity to dash off to Keurbooms Strand to be wowed once again with the scenery and all the wonderful marine life and pelagic birds that our ocean has to offer. This trip usually last 45 minutes to an hour.
