Service Terms and Conditions

We are prepared to allow entry to our premises to visitors who are willing to comply to the regulations set out below.

We are assuring every client that our premises, facilities and equipment remain safe for clients to come enjoy and have an exciting experience.

Clients are advised to cancel reservation 2 days before the scheduled date to refund the 15% amount of the down payment.
In case of NO SHOW/CANCELLATION on the day of the activity the client will be charged 100% of the amount paid.
In case cancellation is due to UNEXPECTED EVENTS, both parties will make an arrangement for re-scheduling.
While inside our premises clients are requested to comply with instructions given to them by our guides and staff members.
