Sometimes it’s not enough to just soak up awesome scenery, you have to immerse yourself in it with some adventure and fun, to be able to feel a part of it.
The best way to explore the Atlantis Sand Dunes are on quad bikes and together with our sandboarding these tours are adrenaline fueled and fun filled.
Our tours, however, are also educational and we would like to introduce you to the history of the dunes, the massive underground aquifer and we would like to speak to you about the endangered species of fynbos at the nature reserve that forms part of the Cape Floristic Region.

1. Meet and Greet clients at the reserve their upon arrival
2.Quad bike orientation and safety talk
3.The tour begins and we start disseminating the educational information at various mini stop overs.
4. After a hour on the quad bikes, clients ride back to the parking area and then their sandboarding experience starts for another hour.
Die Quad Tour war wirklich atemberaubend! Es hat eine menge Spass gemacht und unser Guide Nigel war wirklich super! Er ist gut auf unser Niveau eingegangen und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Tour. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Das Sandboarding hat uns personlich nicht ganz so gut gefallen und nach dem Quad fahren auch nicht ganz so viel Spass gemacht. Man musste zum Treffpunkt laufen und das war ziemlich schwierig mit dem Sand und sehr anstrengend. Ausserdem musste man nach dem Sand-Surfen den Berg wieder hoch laufen und das war uns an dem Tag eindeutig zu heiss und wir haben es nur 2 mal gemacht. Aber auch das war eine coole Erfahrung. - Nadine

We really enjoyed it and the dunes are beautiful. I personally was quite nervous riding my first quad bike, but the guide really helped me and put me at ease. 10/10 - Elena
It was a great experiance for most of our group. We were 5 ladies. One lady was a bit afraid, so she went slower. Towards halftime, the guide hardly waited for her, didn't give her a chance to say how she feels...(she wanted to stoop the adventure but had no chance to tell him) At the end sometimes she couldn't even see the group or where they went, that made her nervous. Other than that the rest of the group enjoyed and had a great time!! Maybe the guide should ask after a while if everyone is still comfortable? Or at least not ignore the ,,weakest". The ,,slow" lady would only do the adventure again on the backseat if someone else. The other 4 would come again. - Claudia
