Week worth time and money. I have done this tour before as part of group but the experience doing it privately was much better. The guide took time and being smaller group took us to see homes and families we would not been able to as part of larger group. Both guides are residents of the township and were able to provide insights into the like and history from first hand experience. - Kal

We had a wonderful tour with both the driver and local guide. They had good background stories, very friendly guys and answered all our questions. I fully recommend this tour for Families to learn about Langa and its inhabitants. - Patrick

It was an unbelievable experience. Me, as an English teacher, have been teaching about English speaking countries including South Africa for decades. So living conditions have been part of my lessons. I did have some knowledge about Townships but the real-life experience was mind blowing. Our Guide was excellent, answered all our questions and showed us the social structure of Langa very well. We did appreciate our driver, a local counsellor of Langa, a Lot as well. It goes without saying that Langa is a showcase township and that there are others no one in their right minds would ever dare set foot in. I highly recommend doing this tour to get an insight into South African social structures. - Beate
