Anyone entering The Odeon Roller Disco or using any of the facilities does so entirely at their own risk. All persons are responsible for their own safety and that of their dependents. The owner will not be liable for any injury to, or the death of, any persons or for the damage to, or destruction of loss of any property, whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner, its employees, agents, contractors or any other persons.
