Set alongside Plaaslik Restaurant, our Tasting Room is the perfect place to enjoy your first introduction to Vredenheim’s range of wines (red and white). Offering seating at the counter or large tables, we can accommodate groups of any size, from romantic tastings for two to tour group visits.
Our private cellar, adjacent to our Tasting Room, provides the perfect setting for intimate tutored tastings and is very popular with small groups and wine clubs.
Children under 18 are not allowed to participate in the wine tasting.
Any additional things of a personal nature is for the clients own account.
The wine tasting is open daily, Monday – Sunday, from 9am – 4.30pm.

We had an amazing time tasting wines at this vineyard. We took our two boys. We had a lovely walk around the gardens and say the big cats. They played on the outdoor equipment while we waited to be served and then they did grape juice tasting alongside our wine tasting. The edible clay was a great idea. The wines were lovely. We were lucky wit the weather - beautiful sunshine on a winter day. - Peter
