Service Terms and Conditions

I confirm that I have been informed of and have acquainted myself with the safety rules and regulations to be followed whilst on board the vessel as well as the possible risks involved in taking a cruise on a boat. I have also been advised and have understood the importance of following the Skipper/staff’s instructions whilst boarding and on board the vessel.
I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns confirm that I will not be able to hold the owner, manager, skipper or staff members liable for any claim, loss, consequential loss, damaged property, injury or illness arising out of my negligence, recklessness failure to follow the aforementioned safety regulations and instructions from the owner, skipper or staff.

2. NO CANCELLATION
3. The owner shall not be liable to refund ticket prices where passengers fail to arrive on or before sailing time.
4. Unless 21 days’ notice of cancellation or postponement is received in writing, I/we agree I/we shall pay the full cost of the hiring of the vessel.
5. All cruises subject to cancellation or alteration without notice due to weather conditions or breakdowns
6. Duration of the trip stated on the ticket/invoice.
7. Minimum of 25 passengers are required on DA BOSS and a maximum of 47 passengers, on AFRICAN PRINCESS, minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 11 passengers, on UMLINGO, a minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 12 passengers, on AFRICAN QUEEN B, minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 11 passengers.
8. The charterer shall be held responsible for the behaviour of their group, and to any damage caused to the vessel or equipment of the Isle of Capri Cruises. Charterer must inform ALL their friends of ALL conditions.
9. The CHARTERER acknowledges that in the event of anyone falling or jumping overboard, and then the charter will be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
10. Condition of payment for charters: Full payment within 24 hours. CASH only No cheques.
11. Cruising is done in and around the harbour and we go out of the harbour for one hour if the weather permits and by arrangement. (Skippers discretion)
12. The owner of this vessel, his personnel and / or agents cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, damage and / or loss of any nature arising out of the reckless and / or negligent disobeying of instructions given by the owner and / or his personnel.
13. All passengers to be at the boat at least 15 minutes before sailing time.
14. If the cancellation is made within 21 days of date of cruise, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
