Acceptance of Terms: By booking this tour, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Private Tour: This tour is booked on a private basis. No other passengers will join your group.

Changes to Bookings: Any changes to the booking must be made at least [7] days before the tour date, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Weather and Safety: Tours are subject to weather conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour for safety reasons. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided.

Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.

Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the tour guides. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour for endangering themselves or others, or for disruptive behavior, without a refund.
