Service Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• All our quotes are Subjected to availability at the time of confirmation
• We hold the right to sub-hire/sub-contract any services/activities/transfers or game drives without prior notification,
based on the quality of services expected from us as suppliers
• Highline Travel Services cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control e.g. Riots & flooding
• Detours will be absorbed from our side, but no entrance fees will be for our account in the attempt to assist clients
• Flights that are missed due to these occurrences, will not be claimed against Dawn to Dusk Safaris
• Bookings are only confirmed in writing
• Bookings are only cancelled with written confirmation of cancellation done
• Bookings are only guaranteed on confirmation of full payment 30 days prior to arrival date• Should weather conditions
not be favorable on the day of an activity or tour book an alternative date or next day will be booked depending on
availability and clients' schedule
