Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. Trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours is a business in the Tourism industry that Operates inbound tours in South Africa. Ker Day Tours offer Day tours that generally include transport, activities and guides. All inclusions will be confirmed with client before invoice is sent and tour is confirmed.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and the tour will be confirmed by way of a receipt and reference number this will be sent via email. To confirm your booking, a 100% deposit of the total day fee or package price is payable. Accepted method of payment is an online bank transfer, EFT, credit or debit card. All bank and business details will be on your invoice. You shall receive your invoice once the complete Safari Booking Form has been received by KER Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. t/a WILD PLANET SAFARI DAY TOURS.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ker Day Tours will provide guest with suitable replacement options and will not take payment until the changes have been confirmed and agreed upon. In case you cannot attend the safari for some reason, and you have paid the deposit, the deposit will not be forfeited if we have more than 90 days notice. In such instance 80 % of the deposit amount shall be returned. In the case you cancel the booking 89 days to 60 days before the starting date of the safari KER DAY TOURS will return 50 % of your deposit. In the case of cancellation 59 days to 30 days before the starting date Ker Day Tours will refund 25% of your deposit. If the client cancels the tour 29 days to 14 days before the starting date of the tour the full amount will have been received and Ker Day Tours will refund 25 % of the full amount. In the case the client cancels less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour the full amount will be forfeited, Ker Day Tours will then assist with client and their travel insurance in any relevant and legal claims.

Customer Privacy policy
Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. Trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Accepted method of payment is an online bank transfer, EFT, Visa credit or debit card, debit or credit Mastercard.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Ker Day Tours via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygenius.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGenius’s secure site. For more detail on PayGenius refer to www.paygenius.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. Trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods and services.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
Ker Day Tours (PTY) Ltd. Trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

The client must at all times strictly obey the laws and regulations of the country or countries visited. The decisions made by your Professional Guide will be final under all circumstances. This is to ensure the safety of the group or individuals.

Rescue and Medical Assistance.
Every precaution, as far as possible, will be taken to ensure the safety of our clients. In the event of medical care or rescue being needed, the client will be liable for the total cost thereof.

Conditions.
KER DAY TOURS (PTY) Ltd. Trading as Wild Planet Safari Day Tours, their employees, professional guides and affiliates do not accept responsibility for any client or dependent thereof in respect of any illness, injury, loss, accident, damage, fatality, delay or any other inconvenience suffered before, during or after the safari.
