Service Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the payment paid.

Evening meals in our dining room must be booked in advance.
Pre-booked Picnic and Braai Baskets can be made available for arrivals after 20:00 pm

Provisional Bookings Are Valid for 48 Hours
To secure your reservation, please ensure your deposit of 30% is paid within 48 Hours
Should the deposit not be received by the due time, your reservation will be cancelled.
