Liability Disclaimer: All individuals entering Vredenheim Wine Estate do so at their own risk. Vredenheim Wine Estate, its employees, and affiliates cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury, including death.

Age Restriction: Wine tasting is restricted to individuals aged18 years and older.

Supervision of Children: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Restriction on Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.

Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to individuals who appear to be intoxicated.

Booking Policy for Plaaslik Restaurant: If Plaaslik Restaurant is unable to accommodate your booking, we will promptly notify you and offer an alternative date and time.

Late Arrival and No Show Policy: Guests who arrive late or do not show up will be charged the full amount for the booked activity or activities.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy: A 5% administrative fee will apply to all refunds issued for cancellations or incorrect bookings.
