1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.

2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.

3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.

4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.

5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

This includes any indirect or direct consequences that may arise from the services provided by Durbanville Wine Safari or third-party providers. Please note that Durbanville Wine Safari will not be held liable for any actions or oversights by these third-party providers.

For the protection of our guests and staff, the tour is monitored by video cameras.

Our team is thrilled to host you on the Durbanville Wine Safari! To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following essential points:

This tour is exclusively a wine-tasting experience; we don’t accommodate celebration events like birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
No fancy dress, costumes, or offensive clothing is permitted.
Arrive 15 minutes early at the Ticket Office to collect your tickets. Missing your departure time may limit availability for other time slots.
Check the itinerary and confirmation for estate closures.
Book wine estate restaurants in advance, aligning with our timetable to avoid disappointment.
No outside food or beverages are allowed on the wine estates.

Each tour has a limited number of stops, as indicated on the timetable.
Ticket transfers are subject to availability; email us at least 24 hours before your departure to request changes.

Credit Card Payments:

In the unlikely event of a technical issue with the bank’s processing system, resulting in a failed payment, our system will detect this on the day of your tour when you present your booking ID confirmation at our ticket office. We will then assist you in resolving the issue to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Transfers:

Book your transfers at least 48 hours before your tour to ensure availability. We offer convenient and affordable transfers from Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, and surrounding areas, with pickup from your specified address.

Cancellation Policy (All services including chauffeur/transfer services):

24 hours + = 100% REFUND
Less than 24 hours before scheduled TIME SLOT = No Refund
Please send a cancellation email to cancellations@durbanvillewinesafari.com. Please include your booking ID on the subject to request a refund.

Return and Refunds Policy:

Please note that all goods and services offered by Durbanville Wine Safari are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide the goods or services on the date that our clients have booked, we will issue a full refund to the client within 30 days of the original booking.
