Thank you for booking with us! Please take a moment to read through our terms of service for your
upcoming experience.
1. Tour Participation- All guests must be in good physical health and able to walk moderate distances, including steps
and uneven terrain.- By booking this tour, guests agree to comply with all instructions provided by the guide and staff.
2. Cableway Access & Venue Use- This tour includes access to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co (TMACC) facilities, including:
- Cable cars, embarkation and disembarkation areas.
- Lower and Upper Cable Stations, pathways, and lookout points.
- Shops, restaurants, kiosks, and restrooms.- All guests use these facilities at their own risk.- TMACC and tour operators are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to property while using any
TMACC amenities.
3. Weather & Cableway Closures- Table Mountain weather can change quickly. In rare cases, the cableway may close without notice
for safety.- If the cableway is closed before your tour starts, you may:
- Reschedule (subject to availability), or
- Request a full refund.- If the tour is interrupted after it starts, partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a
case-by-case basis.
4. Tickets & Validity- Skip-the-line cable car tickets included in this tour are valid for 7 days from your selected date.- Refunds on unused tickets are only possible during this 7-day period.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy- 30+ days before tour: Full refund.- 7-29 days before tour: 50% refund.- Less than 7 days before tour or no-show: No refund.- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to qualify.
6. Indemnity & Risk- Participation in this tour is voluntary and at your own risk.- You indemnify the tour operator, its employees, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or
damage that may occur during the experience.
7. Important Reminders- Please be on time for your hotel pick-up or designated meeting point.- Dress appropriately for changing mountain weather (layers, sun protection, comfortable shoes).- Respect the natural environment and fellow visitors.
