Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.

2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.

3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.

4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.

5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Service Terms and Conditions

"Deposit policy

Bookings made in peak season (October – April) more than a month in advance – 50% deposit required and one week before booking date rest of balance.

Payment policy

With our Activitar booking system it allows for different methods of payment and your full payment will secure your booking or as per direct arrangement with Neil Kohler - Managing Director.

Cancellation policy

• 30 days cancellation before arrival: 100% refund
• 15 - 29 days cancellation before arrival: 75% refund
• 8 - 14 days cancellation before arrival: 50% refund
• 24 hrs - 7 days cancellation before arrival: 0% refund
• If this product is bought as a Voucher or Gift Voucher then a 0% refund policy applies.

Guide policy

As our guests safety and enjoyment is our top priority, our trained guides will accompany (whether guided experiences or private tours) our guests at all time.
Guests need to adhere to the rules as per our guides’ instructions as well as our tour briefing beforehand.
Our guides reserve the right (with Management consent subject to approval) to refuse certain guests on tour if there is lack of co-operation or under the influence of alcohol.

Child policy.

Children 12 and younger considered as children (only applicable on local rates).

Child seats available -max weight 22kg at R250 per child. NO STO rates applicable.
Lift"" option at back of certain e-bikes for children too big for child seat but too small for kiddies e-bike as well for -R250 per child. NO STO rates applicable.
Parents to be present during the tour.

Arrival time:

Please arrive at least 15/20 minutes before tour departing time.
