• Advance booking is required. Tour times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are available within a 10km radius of Cape Town CBD. Alternative meeting points may be arranged outside this area.
• Entrance fees to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden are included unless otherwise stated.
• Ticket cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure; late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only provided if the tour is canceled due to operational or weather-related reasons.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The tour operator is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond its control.
