• This is a shared day tour and operates subject to availability.
• Advance booking is required. Tour times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• Entrance to the Heart of Cape Town Museum is subject to the museum’s availability and scheduled guided tour times.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are available within a 10km radius of Cape Town CBD. Alternative meeting points may be arranged outside this area.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Museum age restrictions and rules apply.
• No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to meet at the agreed pickup point will result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• The tour operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary or substitute attractions of equal value if necessary.
• Guests participate at their own risk; the operator is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond its control.
