Service Terms and Conditions

Includes a guided half-day tour to Boulders Beach and selected scenic and heritage stops as per the itinerary
Pick-up and drop-off from selected hotels or designated meeting points
Pick-up times are approximate and confirmed 24 hours prior to departure
Guests must be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure
Late arrival may result in a no-show with no refund
Entrance fees are included only if stated in the booking
Penguin sightings are not guaranteed due to wildlife behaviour
Guests must follow all conservation rules and instructions at Boulders Beach
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
The operator is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for a refund
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
The operator reserves the right to amend or cancel the tour due to safety, weather, or operational reasons
Participation is at the guest’s own risk; travel insurance is recommended
