All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Robben Island ferry operations are weather- and sea-condition dependent and may be rescheduled or refunded by the museum.
Table Mountain Cableway operations are weather-dependent; closures are beyond our control.
Tickets are non-refundable once issued, unless otherwise stated by the attraction.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included within a designated radius; additional charges may apply outside this area.
Guests must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in forfeited tickets with no refund.
The tour itinerary may be adjusted due to operational requirements or time constraints.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The tour operator is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
