Service Terms and Conditions

Includes entry to the Cape Town Museum and a self-guided or guided visit as specified in the booking
Transport is included only if stated in the itinerary
Pick-up and drop-off, if included, are from selected hotels or designated meeting points
Pick-up times are approximate and will be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure
Guests must be at the meeting or pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time
Late arrival may result in a no-show with no refund
Museum operating hours and access are subject to change without prior notice
Guests must comply with all museum rules and regulations
Photography and videography are subject to museum policies
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Food, drinks, guided services, and personal expenses are excluded unless specified
The operator is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the visit for a refund
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
The operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the visit due to operational or safety reasons
Participation is at the guest’s own risk; travel insurance is recommended
