Service Terms and Conditions

Includes a guided Langa Township tour as specified in the itinerary
Pick-up and drop-off from selected hotels or designated meeting points, if included in the booking
Pick-up times are approximate and will be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure
Guests must be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure
Late arrival may result in a no-show with no refund
The tour operates in a living community; guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times
Photography is permitted only with permission from local residents and the guide
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Food, drinks, gratuities, and personal expenses are excluded unless specified
The operator is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for a refund
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
The operator reserves the right to amend or cancel the tour due to safety or operational reasons
Participation is at the guest’s own risk; travel insurance is recommended
