• Tickets are valid for the selected date and ferry departure time only and are subject to availability.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Guests must make their own way to the Nelson Mandela Gateway.
• Ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds are not allowed once purchased.
• Ferry departures may be delayed or canceled due to weather or sea conditions; in such cases, tickets may be rescheduled or refunded.
• All visitors must comply with museum and ferry safety regulations.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The operator is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond their control.
