• Tickets are valid for the selected date and are subject to availability.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Guests must make their own way to Kirstenbosch Gardens.
• Ticket cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the selected date; late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only provided if the ticket is canceled within the allowed period or if entry is denied due to operational reasons.
• Entry is subject to Kirstenbosch Gardens rules and regulations.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The operator is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond their control.
