Penguin sightings and swimming encounters are not guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat.

Participants swim at their own risk; basic swimming ability is required.

No touching, feeding, or disturbing penguins is permitted.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

The operator is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Itinerary order may change due to traffic, weather, or safety considerations.

Guests must follow all guide instructions and conservation regulations.

Cancellations due to unsafe conditions will be rescheduled or refunded at management’s discretion.

Conservation and entrance fees (if applicable) are subject to change without notice.
