• Tickets are valid for the selected date and times and are subject to availability.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Guests must make their own way to Table Mountain Cableway and the Nelson Mandela Gateway.
• Ticket cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the selected date; late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only provided if tickets are canceled within the allowed period or if attractions are closed due to operational or weather-related reasons.
• All visitors must comply with the rules and safety regulations of Table Mountain and Robben Island.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The operator is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or delays beyond their control.
