Service Terms and Conditions

* Shared return transport from Cape Town to K3 and back
* Pick-up and drop-off from selected hotels and designated meeting points
* Pick-up times are approximate and confirmed 24 hours prior to departure
* This is a shared transfer; waiting time for other passengers may apply
* Zipline tickets, activities, food, drinks, and personal expenses are excluded unless stated otherwise
* Guests must be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure
* Late arrival may result in a no-show with no refund
* Children must be accompanied by an adult
* The operator is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
* Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for a refund
* No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
* The operator may cancel or reschedule due to safety, weather, or operational reasons
* Participation is at the guest’s own risk; travel insurance is recommended
