Service Terms and Conditions

Private return transport from Cape Town to K3 and back
Pick-up and drop-off from selected hotels and designated meeting points
Pick-up times are approximate and will be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure
This is a private transfer; the vehicle will be reserved exclusively for your group
Zipline tickets, activities, food, drinks, and personal expenses are excluded unless stated otherwise
Guests must be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure
Late arrival may result in a no-show with no refund
Children must be accompanied by an adult
The operator is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for a refund
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
The operator may cancel or reschedule due to safety, weather, or operational reasons
Participation is at the guest’s own risk; travel insurance is recommended
K3 Zipline Participation Requirements
Participants must be at least 8 years old
No formal upper age limit; participation is subject to ability and safety clearance by K3 guides
Participants must weigh between 60 kg and 120 kg
Persons who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions may not be permitted to participate
