Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.

2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.

3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.

4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.

5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Service Terms and Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENTS Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and
acknowledged by Tourgy Tourz.
Day Tours
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Full payment confirms the reservation.
Multi-Day Tours
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days before tour commencement.
Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upfront.
Flights & Ticketing
Where domestic or regional flights are included, tickets are issued only after payment is received.
Confirmed flight details are shared once tickets have been issued.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Day Tours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non- refundable.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour start time incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Multi-Day Tours
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the tour start date are non- refundable.
Cancellation terms may vary for certain suppliers and peak travel periods.
Cancellation by Tourgy Tourz
If Tourgy Tourz cancels a tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a full refund will be offered for services not rendered.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Force Majeure
Tourgy Tourz shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or civil unrest.
Responsibility & Liability
Tourgy Tourz acts as an agent and tour operator coordinating services provided by third-party suppliers. We shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from acts or omissions of such suppliers. Health & Safety
Travellers must ensure they are medically fit to participate.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Clients must comply with all safety instructions.
