Service Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cape Point Tuna Charters reserves the right to cancel or modify any scheduled trip at short notice due to safety concerns, bad weather and sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the safety of all participants remains the highest priority.
Clients are required to provide a minimum of two (2) days’ notice for any changes to their booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.

Terms and Conditions
• Liability for any damage caused—whether accidental or intentional—to equipment including rods and reels shall rest with the participant.
• The decisions and instructions issued by the skipper and crew are final and must be adhered to at all times.
• Participation in fishing and boating activities involves inherent risks. The participant assumes full responsibility and acknowledges that they are engaging in these activities at their own risk.
• The participant confirms they are in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that may impair their ability to safely participate.
• The participant affirms that they have not consumed alcohol or any illicit substances prior to the commencement of the trip.
• The participant accepts full responsibility for their personal safety and that of any accompanying minors.
• The participant is responsible for ensuring possession of all valid, accurate, and up-to-date permits and recreational fishing licenses as required by law.
