Service Terms and Conditions

Bookings: All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled paddle.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to arrive, may result in the booking fee being forfeited.
Weather: Paddles may be rescheduled if conditions are considered unsafe by the operator.
