Vredenheim Animal Farm offers a range of activities that will entertain the whole family.
We have a variety of farm animals ranging from chickens and ducks to cows and goats. All our animals are tame and friendly.
At Vredeheim Animal Farm your children can play in our play park which includes a bike track, jungle gym and sandpit. They can also meet the different farm animals and feed them. We have created a safe environment where children can run free while mom and dad sit back and enjoy a glass of wine a farm made “rooster koek” and the beautiful scenery.
We have two party spots that are available for bookings, please see our party section where you can download the brochure and booking forms.
Pensioners can be paid on arrival, no need for a booking. Kids under 1 year free in Animal farm and kids under 3 years free in cat park.

This was our first visit to the Animal Farm and Cat Park and it was very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our time there. We were able to participate in the feeding at the Animal Farm where we could feed a bottle of milk to the calf. We were pleasantly surprised to also be present during the 11:00 feeding at the Cat Park. The guide there was very knowledgeable and helped us understand a lot more about the habits and life of the cats on the premises. We would highly recommend this tour for families and all nature lovers. Thank you very much for the care you give to the animals and for providing a place we can go to see them. - Ronald

We really enjoyed our visit, so much to do for the whole family. Daddy really enjoyed the gin tasting while we had our lunch at the restaurant. The overall experience was great, it would be even better if the feeding times are put on the website and clearly visible. We came right after the first feeding and had to wait for the next, we enjoyed the wait nonetheless - Khensani
