About the E-Bikes: Electric Bicycles or and e-bike handles like a normal bicycle but they assist you when you pedal. They are fitted with a motor and a battery. The moment you start to pedal then the motor kicks in and assists you on your journey! This makes cycling more fun with less effort!
Your Guide will assist you in understanding your e-bike as well as adjusting the seat post and handing out helmets.

We had such a great time on this trip! Ronaldo was the perfect guide---he made sure our bike saddles were adjusted just right and gave us time to practice, since we're not used to riding electric bikes. Our first stop was Stark-Conde (the old Nectar Farm), where we enjoyed our first tasting. It was very reasonably priced---around EU5 per person for three wines. Ronaldo gave us space to enjoy the experience, while still staying nearby in case we needed anything. Since the originally planned winery was closed on Mondays, we headed to Tokara instead. That turned out to be a wonderful alternative---gorgeous location on a hill and absolutely worth a visit. We had a fantastic time, felt completely safe, and really appreciated the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. - Dorien

We booked this e-bike tour with our family of 6 and we enjoyed every second of it. Guide Jason is the best, he is very kind, funny, and tells you a lot about the region and local life in South-Africa. You visit 2 wine farms (Starck Conde + Rustenberg), where especially Starck Conde is magnificent. Located between the hills with a wine tasting spot on the water. The E-bikes are very enjoyable and take you anywhere you want. Even though it was a hot day (34*C), we didn't have any troubles with the bike tour. I would highly recommend this e-bike tour, one of the highlights of our South-Africa trip! - Miguel
