Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.
2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.
3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.
4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.
5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Ceres Zipline Adventures is a business in the extreme adventure activity industry
Indemnity
All guests are obliged to sign an indemnity form that indemnifies the property owners and the activity operator of all and any injuries and or death.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Ceres Zipline Adventures is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ceres Zipline Adventures go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
30 days cancellation before arrival 100% refund
29 – 15 days cancellation before arrival 75% refund
14 – 4 days cancellation before arrival 50% refund
3 days-24 hrs cancellation before arrival 0% refund
Customer privacy policy
Ceres Zipline Adventures CC. shall take all reasonable measures to protect the personal information of guests and for the purpose of this disclaimer “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act, Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”) and the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”).
By completing the following personal information you hereby acknowledge and agree that Ceres Zipline Adventures CC. collect and process your personal information via Tornado Tour Systems (Pty) Ltd ta Activitar. The purpose of collecting such information is to comply with the Regulations of the National Disaster Management Act (Covid-19) and the acceptance of the Indemnity/Disclaimer/Waiver. All information collected will be treated in accordance to the regulations of the Protection of Personal Information and Promotion of Access to Information Acts.
The PAIA and POPI Acts are available online at www.gov.za/documents/acts.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Ceres Zipline Adventures bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Ceres Zipline Adventures via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gatewa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Ceres Zipline Adventures separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Ceres Zipline Adventures takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ceres Zipline Adventures chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Ceres Zipline Adventures may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
