Service Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- All vehicles have appropriate operational licenses to transport paying clients.
- The permanent and freelance guides are all knowledgeable and skilled.
- We are required by law to use trained guides with professional driver's licenses who are registered with CATHSSETA.
- If necessary, the company retains the right to alter the schedule, lodging, and mode of transportation along the trip.
- Only a compact carry-on bag that will fit beneath the seats and weigh no more than 7 kg will fit because there isn't much room on the bus. Do not carry bulky suite cases inside the building.
- Wine Flies PTY Ltd, its employees, and its agents disclaim all responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or annoyance to any person or to their luggage or other personal property while on tour.
- The drop off will be between 17:00-18:00PM, depending how much the group enjoys the day out in the Winelands with Wine Flies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation Policy (one day tours):
- Cancellation 60-45 days before departure: 95% refund
- Cancellation 45-31 days before departure: 75% refund
- Cancellation 30-15 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation 15-7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellation 7 days or less before departure, or no-show: 0% refund
- The full amount of the reservation must be paid at the moment the reservation is confirmed if it is made less than 21 days before the activity date.
- Any pandemic-related cancellations of tours and other events will first be rescheduled. Future visitors who decide to change their trip plans during this period will get a travel credit note for the entire amount of their deposit, valid for 18 months following the conclusion of their anticipated excursion. There won't be a separate charge for this. Only inability to travel to or from SA or proof of a positive medical tests are valid explanations for trip cancellation compensation. Each of these will be handled individually. If you decide to stay home as a precaution, you will be issued a Travel Credit Note as outlined above rather than receiving a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Bookings and cancellations made through other booking platforms are subject to the respective 3rd party platforms' cancellation policies. The person or group that booked the reservation is responsible for being aware of these cancellation conditions.

REFUND POLICY

- Refunds that have been mutually agreed upon will be processed in a minimum of 30-14 working days, depending on the nation where your receiving bank account is located.
- All services provided by Wine Flies PTY Ltd are priced in South African Rand (R or ZAR). Refunds will be provided in South African Rand, which will be converted to your home country's currency by your bank or credit card provider. Please be aware that the amount of the refund in your home currency may vary from the amount that was initially paid owing to currency movements. You will be advised of the amount received in Rand when paying for a trip in a foreign currency, such as Euros or US Dollars, and any refunds will be computed using the amount received in Rand.
- Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge on top of the price given for your trip or experience when utilising the links below.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Wineflies Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Wineflies Pty Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to
www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Wineflies Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on
PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Wineflies Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Wineflies Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Wineflies Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
