Great day but sorry we could not pat Sally, she was lovely and deserved a pat, we were allowed to pat her on previous visits. Staff were very helpful, photo shop guy was so good and helped to load my photos breakfast was good and staff were lovely. We want to have this or better service next year when we will be back. my husband and i did the Morning Elephant experience. it was an amazing experience, walking alongside elephants is an incredible emotion. the rangers were all very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. i recommend everyone to have this experience! - ILARIA
