1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.

2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.

3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.

4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.

5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Terms and Conditions - Elephant Sanctuary The Crags, Plettenberg Bay

Please use invoice number as reference on payment.
I hereby undertake to abide by the following terms and conditions of operations and indemnity:
• I will obey all instructions from The Elephant Sanctuary officials and staff at all times and will not approach any elephant nor enter any enclosure or stable without being accompanied by the authorized guide to whom I am appointed.
• No dogs, animals or firearms of any description are allowed. Firearms must be declared at reception.
• No smoking or drinking of alcohol whatsoever during the Elephant Program.
• The copyright to all photographs, both still and moving, remains vested in The Elephant Sanctuary and may not be used for any commercial purposes. For authorized commercial purposes, a release form must be filled out and signed by Craig Saunders.
• No children may join the Elephant Program without the authorization and presence of an adult taking care of such child.
• I understand that I am obliged to notify the Elephant Sanctuary of any medical condition.
• The Elephant Sanctuary reserves the right to not permit a guest to joint the tour if they feel such person will be placed at unnecessary risk.
• Each adult must sign their own form and there must be a form for each child signed by a consenting adult.
Right of admission is reserved. Every person (whether a paying guest or otherwise) enters The Elephant Sanctuary at their own risk and such person/their Executors/Heirs/any other representative third party may not claim from, nor undertake legal action against The Elephant Sanctuary, its subsidiaries, affiliates, its owners, members, employees, guides, helpers or agents for any incident or cause whatsoever in connection with damage to property, injury or death arising from an accident or negligence of The Elephant Sanctuary, its subsidiaries, affiliates, its owners, members, employees, guides, helpers or agents either due to such person’s presence on the premises of The Elephant Sanctuary or as a result of such person’s participation in any activity/elephant program as organized by Elephant Sanctuary. Further The Elephant Sanctuary, its subsidiaries, affiliates,
its owners, members, employees, guides, helpers or agents cannot be held liable for damage or injury
to or death of any person and/ or damage to or loss of vehicles through theft or other property caused
by the conditions of roads and/or by animals and/or by the act or omission of its agents or servants,
whether negligently and/ or by any other cause whatsoever.
I further declare that I am prepared to act responsibly at all times.

Cancellation policy as follows:
7 days or less: -25% of the deposit/total amount paid.
48 hours or less: -50% of the deposit/total amount paid.
24 hours or less: -100% of the deposit/total amount paid.
In event of the client already started the program but decide to stop or not continue with the activity
there will be NO REFUND
