Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. This gift voucher can be deemed on network.activitar.com or on www.activitar.com but not on any other *.activitar.com domain. It can only be redeemed for the same service that it was purchased for.

2. The method of redemption is to enter the voucher code into the voucher code field on the check-out screen. The system will then apply the value of the voucher (the price of the voucher plus the value of discount received that the time of its purchase) against the purchase price of the service at the time of purchase. Should the voucher be redeemed in a later season where the selling price of the service has been raised by e.g. 10%, the 10% will be outstanding and will need to be paid for online at the time of the purchase.

3. This gift voucher purchase is a non-refundable purchase. It will not be refunded for any cause, but is a currency in the hands of the holder and could be passed on to a third party. See below regarding transferability.

4. This gift voucher by its nature is transferable. Therefore anyone who has the voucher code can redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed only once of course and therefore please ensure that your voucher code is kept secure.

5. This gift voucher is valid for three years.

Note this voucher is offered by Activitar, so the underlying service provider will only be able to assist you once you have made use of the voucher code to book the service.

Our double kayaks are very stable and perfect for those with no paddling experience. During the whale season from July to October there is a great chance of seeing whales as well. Dolphins and seals we see all year round. Our Sea kayaking adventure allows us to explore wildlife and nature up close.

Sea kayaking is the way to get away from the crowds and offers the opportunity to see Plett's wildlife up close. All kayak gear is provided and safe lock up facilities for your valuables. Eco-tourism means seeking out wild and scenic areas (like our mother ocean) for active and educational tours that benefit the visitor, the environment and the people who live in the area... Children must be accompanies by an adult in the kayak on the trips. Groups can be accommodated
Launch times and duration of cruises can change to accommodate various itineraries. 6am trips require a 50% deposit. If the kayak trip is cancelled by us due to weather or sea conditions a full refund will be given
R300 cash refundable deposit on all equipment.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Dolphin Adventures Sea Kayaking may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
